Billing Term & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Vassio Furniture for your furnishing needs. Before proceeding with your purchase, please review the following billing terms and conditions carefully. These terms outline the payment processes, invoicing, and related matters. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Payment Methods:  We accept the following payment methods:
– Credit and Debit Cards
– Net Banking
– UPI Payments
– Bank Transfers

2. Pricing and Currency:
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties and transportation.

3. Order Confirmation and Invoicing:
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include the details of your order, including the product(s) selected, quantities, pricing, and the total amount payable. An official invoice will be provided along with your order upon delivery.

4. Payment Process:
– For online orders, payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
– For orders placed at our physical stores, a minimum of 50% of the total order.
– For COD orders you have to pay 10% advance for confirmed order.

5. Payment Confirmation:
For online payments, you will receive a payment confirmation email once the payment is successfully processed. If you have paid an advance for an order placed at our physical stores, a payment receipt will be provided at the time of payment.

6. Order Processing:
Your order will be processed once the payment is confirmed. The estimated delivery date will be communicated to you via email. In case of any unforeseen delays, our customer service team will keep you updated.

7. Cancellation and Refunds:
– Cancellation requests can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee may be applicable.
– Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation.

8. Returns and Exchanges:
Please refer to our separate “Returns and Exchange Policy” for information on returning or exchanging products.
